At Prince Hair Fixer, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests only if:

* The product received is damaged during transit.
* You receive an incorrect product.
* The product is missing from your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

* The product must be unused and in its original condition.
* The original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.
* The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

* Opened or used grooming products
* Products damaged due to misuse
* Products without original packaging
* Orders returned without prior approval

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or damaged product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
